His portfolio includes luxury townhouses, in-fill developments, commercial town centers, several of Bayshore Boulevard’s most stunning homes and hundreds of beautiful custom homes through out Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.
In his 30 years of experience Craig has earned recognition in the Bay area as a leader and premier developer of award-winning homes, communities and innovative living concepts. Craig has been commended by the Urban Land Institute for a model case study in the publication “Successful In-fill Development Nationwide”. Craig has received many distinguished awards including several coveted Aurora Awards.
